Emily opened Embrace Health to create an environment where she can address mental, physical, developmental, and behavioural health needs of children, youth, and families using a holistic approach. Emily views childhood behavioural and developmental challenges with a broad lens including family systems, the child/youth’s environments/experiences, and how these components interrelate with the character traits of the child/youth. Emily will ensure your child/youth’s diagnostic, community-support and healthcare needs are established, while also walking together with you and your child/youth to create a better understanding of your concerns. My hope is that I help you to embrace your child/youth’s differences and to empower you to advocate for the supports you need to thrive.
